1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Rapid BPO Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services including, but not limited to, customer service, IT support, content creation, data entry, and other tailored services as agreed with clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Cooperate with our team in good faith
• Pay all agreed fees on time

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in individual contracts or agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• All fees are due within [30] days of invoice
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Additional charges may apply for urgent or out-of-scope work

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all client data and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and tools provided by Rapid BPO remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Client-specific materials developed under a project may be owned by the client as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to client-provided data errors or delays
• Downtime caused by third-party service providers or force majeure

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the past 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days’ notice in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal or unethical use of our services

9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
